We do have automation to send the Payment button in Quote Email after creation of draft order, if you you want to make this whole process automated then please turn on that feature from the following steps :
- Go to General Settings
- Go to Customize the Quote Form
- Click on edit user template
- Enable the Payment Button Option

This option will send users Quote Details mail along with Payment button on clicking which they will be taken to the Shopify Checkout page to complete that order.
A mail will be send to the customer related to check out and as soon as the customer will place an order (this type of mail will be sent to him as mentioned in the screenshot)
On clicking this Checkout button user will taken to Shopify Checkout page with all data related to that Quote Order and once payment is done by user then this will be marked as ORDER in Shopify and you will be able to see details about this order from Shopify ORDER report as well from our app Quote listing page where we will show updated status for this Quote to ORDER PLACED along with button to see Order details.
