With the Quotes Guru app, you can easily set up multiple email addresses to receive quote request notifications, ensuring that no inquiry goes unnoticed. This feature is especially useful for businesses with dedicated sales, support, or order processing teams. In this quick guide, you’ll learn how to add multiple email recipients to the quote form so that everyone who needs to stay informed is kept in the loop.
Step 1 : Go to dashboard
Step 2 : Click on general settings
Step 3 : Click on Quote Form
Edit the Quote form by clicking on the edit button as shown in the image
Then you need to click on setting tab as shown in the image :
In the admin email field, fill out the email address where you want to receive the notification and then click on save.
Therefore you will receive notification by email with multiple email addresses
Note : You can put multiple email address in this field, email addresses are separated with COMMA
