We have added this new feature to Sync Shopify Customer data with our Quote form. This feature is introduced in our Premium plan and works on both sides:
1. Storefront #
If you have opted for the Premium plan, then you will be able to use this feature which allows you to specify which Quote form fields you want to sync with Customer data.
On the front side, if your users are logged into your Shopify store as normal customer accounts, then our form will auto-populate fields as per your configuration.
For instance, if your form has a NAME field, then you will need to configure and link that field with the Shopify Customer Name field and our app will auto-populate data in Quote forms.
2. In Draft Orders #
Our app will also keep track of Customer data as per your configuration on the backend, and when you move any Quote to DRAFT order, it will automatically sync those customer fields in the Draft Order.
How to Access #
Go to:
1. General Settings
2. Quote Form
3. Click the EDIT option for each field.
4. Edit any field
5. You will see a new DROPDOWN to assign the Shopify Customer data field.
6. Add the corresponding Shopify field name
7. Configure all possible fields in the same way.
